Educational criteria: -
(a) Management Trainee: - Graduation with
minimum 60% marks and Post Graduation with minimum 55% marks from recognized
university.

Specialist officer: - Chartered Accountant form Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst
(ICFAI) and qualified MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% from a recognized University.
Age criteria:

(a) Management Trainee:-21 years to 27 years

(b) Grade/ Scale II: - 25 years
to 35 years.
(c) Grade/ Scale III:-25 years to 40 years.
